Conference
Registration to the conference includes unclassified sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, morning break, exhibits and a cocktail reception.  Registration Fees are as follows:

Exhibit Program & Cocktail Reception
An exhibit program and cocktail reception will be held at the University Center, Rangos 2, immediately following the conference.  Congressional and Pennsylvania elected officials are invited.

Registration to the conference includes admittance to the exhibit program and cocktail reception. Tickets to only attend the exhibit program and cocktail reception are $75.  There is a discount for registrations received before February 22, 2008.  To register please complete the Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 2/22/08 will receive a full refund. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 23, 2008. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Dress
The dress for all conference events is business attire. Military personnel are encouraged to wear appropriate military dress uniform.

Lodging
A block of rooms have been reserved at the following two locations.  In order to ensure the discounted rate, you must make reservations before 2/13/08 and ask for the SMART ULS Systems room block. 

Parking:

Parking is available in front of the University Center at the East Campus Parking Garage, a pay-as-you-park facility. The cost for daily parking is $10.00. There are entrances at the intersection of Forbes Avenue and Beeler Street and also on the south side of the garage closest to the University Center and Gesling Stadium. The south side entrance can be accessed on Forbes Avenue just past the intersection with Morewood Avenue. Directions from the Pittsburgh International Airport to Carnegie Mellon University

• Take 60 South upon exiting airport
• Stay on 60 South towards Pittsburgh (16 miles)
• Follow 279 through the Fort Pitt Tunnel and follow signs for 376
• Once on the bridge, stay in the far right lanes and follow signs for 376 East/Monroeville
• Take 376 East to Exit 2A, Forbes Avenue/Oakland
• Stay in the right-hand lanes and follow Forbes Avenue 1.3 miles through the Oakland business district to campus
• Pass the intersection of Forbes Avenue and Morewood Avenue and the garage entrance will be on your right.
